The Beginning of a Busy First Week
Yesterday was my first official day of working on my own. There's a lot to be done, and not much time to do it. I'm looking at the following to do list:
- I need to meet with a lawyer and an accountant to get everything setup right.
- I'll also need to get a couple technical issues taken care of on the apartment site.
- Put together some new marketing material to send to potential advertisers.
- And since the holiday season will soon be here I need to get some holiday merchandise designed for Texas-TShirts.com and Hurricane-TShirts.com.
- I'm also looking to put together some sales literature for the Texas stuff to be sold wholesale to retailers.
And this is my short term list of things to do. Plus I still have a ton of other little items, like sending out my Virginia 2002 and 2003 tax returns to collect a couple hundred dollars in refunds. At least yesterday I completed the wheeltechnology website redesign, so now I have a little more money to pay for all of my start up costs.
